We will measure up the job, and return to you with an estimate. if this estimate is acceptable we will formalise and submit a quotation with T&Cs.

Our Quotation will have payment terms and a full breakdown of the scope of works we have agreed upon. This is for the avoidance of doubt by either party at a later stage.

We will commence the works at an agreed date that is suitable for both parties.

5. Finish on schedule

We will have a programme for our works with an end date for the core / tendered works. If any extra works have been added, the completion date may move slightly. This will all be agreed with the client in advance.
